Tyus D. Williams – Ph.D. Candidate and Science Communicator

Speaking & Media Engagements

I'm always eager to collaborate on social media, deliver engaging presentations at speaking engagements, or share insights as a guest on podcasts. Let's join forces to make science accessible and exciting for diverse audiences!

A lot of people love science, but I'm OBSESSED with science! I fell in love with it as a kid and never thought twice about pursuing it. That being said, if there is anything I adore more than the beauty of intricate scientific questioning and field research, it's science communication! I can't stop talking about it and I'm passionate about educating others and getting them excited about it too! I firmly believe that accessible science and including people in applied research results in increased rationale and educated voters which influences the progression of scientific endeavors. Plus, it's so much fun and if I can change one person's life through my work then it's all worth it for me!

I'm grateful that I've had the privilege to speak and be invited on multiple podcasts regarding topics that I'm interested in so early in my career as well as being invite to speak on panels and various education institutions. I'm thankful that I can bring my passion to you and share the experiences throughout my journey in this wondrous world.
